Delivery
We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified.
Our shipping rates are:
- Standard UK delivery - £4.99
- Orders over £50 - Free
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
All of our products are shipped from the UK and should arrive within 5-7 working days. In some circumstances it may take slightly longer due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Please be aware that your order may arrive in separate shipments if an item in the order is pre-ordered for delivery at a later date, or is dispatched directly from one of our UK based suppliers. If this is the case you will still only be charged a single delivery fee per order.
Pre-ordered products
For items labeled as pre-order, please refer to the specific product listing for an estimated date of delivery. In rare circumstances, this date may change due to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit. If the estimated order date has changed, we will contact you as soon as possible with a new estimated delivery date. You may also choose to cancel your order at any time for a full refund before the date of dispatch.
Fragile and delicate products
Items of a fragile nature such as mirrors and delicate glass items will be delivered by a specialised courier. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. There is no additional charge for this service.
